Poems about America
A lot of soldiers go to war.
Many people come to America.
Everyday the sun shines bright.
Red, white, and blue are the colors of our flag.
In God we trust.
Caring for others is what we’re about.
Another happy ending each day.
By Claire C.
America is a place where people come
To love, work, and have a lot of fun.
My family came here from another place.
Everyone here goes at a faster pace.
I pledge to the flag everyday.
Americas is the only place I want to stay.

America
America is free.
My family is as happy as can be.
All of the people can see its beauty.
You always have a friend.
And you can do everything again and again.
By Jacob
America
America is like no other.
The people are free.
Everyone is equal.
Anyone can see.
America is first.
It’s the place to be!

Democracy
Democracy is something every country needs.
It also needs a lot of people.
But at the head of friends and family,
One leader should stand above all.
That person should lead us
In the right direction.
By Garrett
America
America is me.
America is free.
America is faith.
America is great.
America is fun.
America is one.
So if you want to come,
Then come over as one America.

U.S.A.
The U.S.A. is one big family.
My friends, my family, and I live in the U.S.A.
People help one another in the U.S.A.
Anything is possible in the U.S.A.
No other country is better than the U.S.A.
By Kelan
America
America is where everyone has fun
When you get your work done.
It has so many wonderful families.
I hear myself in each heartbeat of every American.
I think America is a great place.
By Rachel M.
America has wonderful, green trees,
And a lovely breeze, and yummy beans.
The bells go ding-dong
While the people play ping-pong.
Now that’s America!

America
America, America, God bless everyone.
Hold your head up high and trust me.
America, we are together.
It’s red, white, and blue.
Bless these. Trust me.
America is looking out for you.
We fight for freedom, but never forget.
We’ve fought all day and night to be the first to win.
And it happens again and again.
In America, everyone is your friend.
